Use firmware 4.178.10.4 as default on.
Select firmware for all supported phy types and version as default.

ar71xx: fix WNDR3700 firmware images

WNDR3700's U-Boot loads the kernel from a squashfs image, and it does
not support squashfs 4.0.

tl-wr1043nd: Register missing leds.

This adds the folowing for the TP-Link wr1043nd board
1. USB and WLAN LEDS
2. Change QSS LED from red to green
3. Fix polarity of the System LED
